The Utopian News Agency is a series of utopian articles with collaged photos and videos being published at www.openspace.ru, colta.ru, a popular website about culture, Novaya Gazeta, La Stampa and etc. These articles-mistifications aim not only to subvert the current order of things in contemporary Russia but to propose an alternative vision of such issues as national cultural politics, education, the concept of the police, the rise of nationalism, urban planning and etc…
